You will be enrolled in our monthly or annual membership program based on your election. Your credit card will be billed every month on your enrollment date, with the exception of members enrolling on or after the 29th of the month will be charged every 28th of the month.
If you wish to cancel the month to month membership program, you must notify White Duck Car Wash five days prior to the billing date, or you will be charged for that month. You cannot cancel the $35 monthly membership plan within 15 days of enrollment. If you cancel the annual membership before the end of your twelve month membership period, you will be charged a $75 early termination fee. Your annual membership will renew automatically, unless it is canceled at least ten (10) days prior to the anniversary of the date of enrollment. To cancel your membership, please email whiteduck@vioc.net or come into the car wash and fill out a cancellation form.
The unlimited club program and fees are per vehicle and you must identify each vehicle you plan on using in the program. The program is for personal vehicles only. Commercial vehicles, such as taxis and limousines, are specifically prohibited from the program. Violation of these rules results in termination of your membership, a $75 termination fee and repayment of car washes used for unauthorized vehicles. For annual memberships, the membership is transferable to a different vehicle twice during each annual enrollment period, free of charge; additional transfers are subject to a $10 transfer fee. To transfer your membership to a different vehicle, please email whiteduck@vioc.net or come into the car wash and fill out a transfer form. There are no refunds, credits or adjustments for days or times that the car wash is temporarily closed due to inclement weather or maintenance. White Duck Car Wash reserves the right to terminate or modify the program at any time.
