1. Membership is valid for the registered vehicle only and is identified by an Unlimited Pass sticker (RFID Tag) and/or license plate recognition.
2. Membership usage is subject to reasonable usage limits and monitored through system controls.
3. Membership fees, plus applicable taxes, are automatically billed monthly to the card on file.
4. The initial charge is processed on the date of enrollment. Recurring charges occur on the monthly anniversary date unless canceled prior.
5. Second Month Free promotion is valid for new customers only, limited to one per customer/vehicle, and cannot be redeemed multiple times. The free month is applied at the first renewal date, not at sign-up.
6. Memberships may be canceled at any time through the app or at thecarwashcenter.com prior to the next billing date.
7. Memberships may not be shared. Swapping plates, RFID Tags or misuse may result in a $200 administrative fee, immediate cancellation, and possible prosecution.
8. Promotional offers cannot be combined. Cancellation during a promotional or discounted period may result in loss of promotional benefits.
9. Touchless wash availability may vary and is subject to weather, equipment, and maintenance conditions.
10. Hours of operation are subject to change due to weather, maintenance, or operational needs.
11. The Car Wash Center reserves the right to adjust pricing, services, hours, or membership terms at any time.
12. By enrolling, you agree to receive automated promotional and account-related text messages. Reply STOP to opt out.
13. All vehicles must proceed forward and exit the tunnel immediately upon completion of the wash. Stopping at the end of the tunnel is prohibited. Any collision, pile-up, or damage caused by a vehicle stopping or failing to move forward is the sole responsibility of the driver.
14. Any damage to equipment, your vehicle, or other customers’ vehicles resulting from a driver’s failure to follow posted instructions or verbal commands will be the responsibility of the driver.
