MEMBERSHIP ABUSE & UNAUTHORIZED USE: Memberships are valid for one registered vehicle only and may not be shared, transferred between vehicles, or used for multiple vehicles unless expressly authorized by SPIN CAR WASH. Commercial use, including but not limited to Uber, Lyft, taxi, delivery, rental fleet, or other high-frequency vehicle usage, may be subject to additional restrictions, wash limits, denial of promotional pricing, or cancellation. If a membership is found to be used on multiple vehicles, shared improperly, transferred between vehicles without authorization, or otherwise abused, SPIN CAR WASH reserves the right to: • Charge an unauthorized usage fee of up to $100 to the payment method on file • Suspend or terminate the membership immediately • Require separate memberships for each vehicle • Deny future promotional pricing or membership eligibility SPIN CAR WASH reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to suspend, restrict, deny, refuse, or terminate any membership, promotion, service, discount, account, or customer participation at any time, with or without notice, for misuse, abuse, excessive usage, suspected fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms & Conditions, inappropriate conduct, operational reasons, safety concerns, protection of company property or equipment, or for any other legitimate business reason deemed necessary by SPIN CAR WASH. SPIN CAR WASH further reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or vehicle at any time where reasonably necessary to protect its business operations, employees, customers, equipment, property, or membership program integrity. Termination, suspension, refusal of service, denial of promotional pricing, or cancellation of memberships may result in immediate loss of membership privileges, promotional eligibility, discounts, or access to services. Refunds, credits, account adjustments, and reinstatements, if any, shall be issued solely at the discretion of SPIN CAR WASH and in accordance with applicable law. By enrolling in the Unlimited Wash Club, the customer authorizes SPIN CAR WASH to process such charges in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. DAMAGE & LIABILITY: Not responsible for: – Loose/aftermarket parts (mirrors, trim, emblems) – Racks or antennas not removed/secured – Vehicles <5" clearance or >7'2" height / 73" width – Vehicles 5+ yrs old or water leaks from open areas Report damage before leaving site; claims processed within 14 days.
