Membership in our Sparkle Express Wash club gives consent to be included in a monthly Installment billing process. Membership in the Sparkle Express Unlimited Wash Club is per vehicle for an infinite duration and for personal use only. Unlimited Club memberships are intended for a single vehicle only. Fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of the Unlimited Club membership with no refund of any remaining balance. Membership is not valid for vehicles that cannot fit on the conveyor or are unable to ride through the tunnel. Membership fee will be automatically billed to your credit or debit card on the same day of every month and each month thereafter until such time as the agreement is terminated by you or Sparkle Express Car Wash, the monthly payment will be billed on the anniversary day of each month. This program cannot be combined with any other programs or discount including but not limited to: prepaid wash passes, house accounts and/or coupons. Any Introductory offer or special is forfeited if member’s credit/debit card fails or member cancels. Membership is transferable upon purchase of a new vehicle and upon notice to Sparkle Express Car Wash. Please see an attendant to transfer membership. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. There are no refunds for unused months. Sparkle Express Car Wash reserves the right to close subject to weather conditions and/or maintenance. We will never sell customer information. Sparkle Express Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time.
