Terms & Conditions OVERVIEW By providing Shining Star Car Wash, Inc. (“Shining Star”) a Payment Method, and either accepting these Terms or utilizing the services, you agree that you have read and understand these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, cancel your membership plan. UCM Membership Plans and Fees Services. We offer the following Unlimited Club Membership (“UCM”) plans: Quick Wash, Quick Plus, The Works, Shining Star Wash, Super Star Wash. We reserve the right to change plans or fees at any time with 30 days posting at the Shining Star. Shining Star reserves the right to close for any reason and including weather, maintenance, holidays, store upgrades, governmental orders or other force majeure events. A currently paid membership plan allows a car wash per day. Auto-Renewal. The UCM will begin with your first credit card payment. Your UCM will automatically renew monthly until cancelled by you. Cancel at any time. License Plate Recognition Technology. You agree that Shining Star Car Wash, Inc. may use and store your vehicle’s license plate information. Single Vehicle, Personal Use Only. Each membership plan is for a single, personal, non-commercial vehicle only. Commercial vehicles, including ride app-based vehicles, taxis and limousines, are not eligible for the UCM. Vehicle Sold. If a vehicle is sold, you may transfer the membership plan to another vehicle by visiting our location or contacting us. Vehicle Stolen. If a UCM vehicle is lost or stolen, you must promptly deactivate the vehicle’s UCM membership plan by contacting us. Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds: Payment Processing. If a payment is declined due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we may suspend your access to the service. Updating your Payment Method. To update, please contact us or visit our location. Cancellation by You; Cancel at any time. Cancel 5 days before your billing date to avoid the next month’s fee. To cancel, go online at shiningstarwash.com or contact us by email. No Refunds. Paid membership fees are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used membership plan periods. Communication Preferences. We will send you information relating to your membership account in email or text message form. Termination by The Shining Star. We reserve the right to terminate for any reason and in our sole discretion, your UCM membership, and use of the services, without notice or liability. Disclaimers of Warranties and Limitations on Liability The Unlimited Club Membership and services are provided to vehicles that meet The Shining Star Car Wash, Inc. standards for vehicles. Specifically disclaims liability for damage to vehicle(s) with respect to the following items: Antennas that are not lowered or removed, Electronic and truck mirrors that are not folded in, Electronic running boards in the lowered position, Aftermarket and non-factory parts including paint, Vehicles 10 years or older, Moon roofs, sunroofs, bug shields, window shields, Vehicle molding, door handles, badging or emblems, Wheel covers and caps, Pre-existing damage and loose parts, Collisions due to braking, steering, or driving in car wash tunnel. Changes to Terms Shining Star Car Wash, Inc. reserves the right to change these Terms with 30 days’ notice at Shining Star’s website shiningstarwash.com. Vehicle must meet Shining Star Car Wash, Inc. safety guidelines. Enrollment in the Unlimited Club Membership does not guarantee that safety guidelines have been satisfied. Shining Star Car Wash, Inc. reserves the right to terminate Unlimited accounts at any time for abuse and /or safety concerns. When flagged for abuse or safety, cancellations may take place with or without notice. Promotional offers may be offered occasionally. These promotional offers are valid one time per account. If an account is re-enrolled at the promotional rate, it will not be guaranteed an additional period of promotional pricing. Regular pricing will apply. By providing your mobile phone number and email address, you agree to be contacted by Shining Star Car Wash, Inc. to help manage your unlimited account and to provide you with important updates regarding services and promotions provided by Shining Star Car Wash, Inc.
