Automatic Billing: The membership fee is automatically charged to the provided payment method (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) each month, on the enrollment anniversary date.
Cancellation Process: Members can cancel online via a customer portal, by emailing customer service, or in person location. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid charges for the next month.
No Refunds: No full or partial refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations, unused washes, or billing cycles with no usage. The membership remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Payment Issues: If a payment fails (e.g., due to an expired card or insufficient funds), the membership may be suspended or terminated until a valid payment method is provided. We may attempt multiple charges (e.g., up to 5 attempts) before deactivation. Members are responsible for any bank fees incurred.
