PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS! Membership Rules Soft Touch Membership: One wash per day. Touchless Membership: Maximum of 5 washes per month. *Memberships are NOT interchangeable. Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be completed online at www.northandovercarwash.com and must be submitted at least 48 hours before your recharge date. Cancellations cannot be completed at the car wash. Once a payment has processed, no refunds will be issued. North Andover Car Wash – Membership Terms & Conditions By enrolling in a membership at North Andover Car Wash, I authorize my credit card to be billed on a recurring monthly basis. I understand it is my responsibility to manage, pause, or cancel my membership. If I choose to cancel, I must do so before my billing date. I can cancel online at www.northandovercarwash.com or through the North Andover Car Wash mobile app. I understand my membership includes washing up to once per day for Soft Touch or 5 washes per month for Touchless, depending on the plan I select. Commercial & Ride-Share Vehicles Memberships are not permitted for commercial vehicles, business-use vehicles, or ride-share vehicles (including Uber, Lyft, delivery, courier, or similar services). These vehicles are prohibited from signing up for memberships. If a commercial or ride-share vehicle is found on a membership, it will be terminated immediately with no refund. Misuse & System Abuse Any attempt to misuse or “beat the system” will result in immediate termination with no refund, and I may be permanently banned from joining again. Weather & Equipment Services may occasionally be unavailable due to inclement weather (snow, heavy rain, extreme cold) or equipment issues. Chargebacks If I dispute or charge back a membership payment through my credit card company instead of canceling directly with North Andover Car Wash, my membership will be terminated immediately, and I will be permanently ineligible to rejoin. Vacuum Use To use the FREE member vacuums, I must download the North Andover Car Wash app. Automatic Gate Access Our system will automatically recognize your license plate and open the gate for you—fast, easy, and completely hands-free!
