By purchasing or using a May’s Car Wash Unlimited Wash Plan, you agree to the following terms: 1. Monthly Membership Your Unlimited Wash Plan is a month-to-month membership for the wash package selected during enrollment. There is no long-term contract. 2. Automatic Recurring Billing The price displayed during enrollment will be charged when you sign up. By enrolling, you authorize May’s Car Wash and its payment processor to automatically charge your payment method each month on or around your original enrollment date until you cancel. If a payment is declined, May’s Car Wash may retry the payment and suspend or terminate the membership until payment information is updated. 3. Membership Use The membership: * Is valid only at May’s Car Wash, 1125 Gratiot Boulevard, Marysville, Michigan. * Is valid for one wash per calendar day. * Is assigned to one registered vehicle. * Cannot be shared, transferred, resold, or used for another vehicle. * Is intended for personal use unless May’s Car Wash approves a separate commercial or fleet arrangement. 4. Vehicle Identification The membership may be connected to the vehicle’s license plate, vehicle information, barcode, RFID tag, or another identifier used by May’s Car Wash. Members must notify May’s Car Wash before replacing a vehicle, changing a license plate, or transferring the membership to another personally owned vehicle. May’s Car Wash may request proof of ownership and limit how frequently vehicle information can be changed. Tampering with, duplicating, removing, or improperly using a membership identifier may result in immediate suspension or cancellation. 5. Cancellation You may cancel at any time without a cancellation fee. To prevent the next monthly charge, May’s Car Wash must receive your cancellation request before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation requests may be made by: * Calling May’s Car Wash at (810) 294-5099; or * Visiting May’s Car Wash at 1125 Gratiot Boulevard, Marysville, MI 48040. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless the membership is terminated for misuse, access will continue through the remainder of the already-paid billing period. 6. Refunds Membership charges are generally nonrefundable and will not be prorated for partial months, unused washes, temporary closures, weather, or periods when the member does not use the plan, except where required by law or otherwise approved by May’s Car Wash. 7. Pricing and Plan Changes May’s Car Wash may change membership prices, included services, or these terms. Members will receive reasonable advance notice of a material price or plan change using the contact information associated with their account. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before the change takes effect. Continued membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated price or terms. 8. Promotions Promotional pricing and introductory offers may be limited to eligible new members, vehicles, accounts, or payment methods. Additional promotional conditions may apply. Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, or applied retroactively. If a promotional membership is canceled, the promotional price may not be available upon reenrollment. 9. Hours and Availability Membership use is limited to posted operating hours. May’s Car Wash may temporarily close or restrict service because of severe weather, equipment maintenance, repairs, holidays, safety concerns, utility interruptions, or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Enrollment does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every vehicle can safely use the wash. 10. Vehicle Safety All vehicles must comply with posted safety instructions and vehicle restrictions. May’s Car Wash may refuse service to a vehicle that employees reasonably determine could create a safety risk or cause damage to the vehicle, wash equipment, employees, or other customers. Members are responsible for securing loose items and identifying preexisting damage, loose trim, aftermarket accessories, nonfactory equipment, or other potentially unsafe conditions before entering the wash. Vehicle-damage matters remain subject to May’s posted policies and applicable law. 11. Misuse and Termination May’s Car Wash may suspend or terminate a membership for nonpayment, fraud, sharing, excessive or unauthorized use, unsafe conduct, abusive behavior, violation of these terms, or interference with wash operations. A membership terminated for intentional misuse or fraud may end immediately without a refund to the extent permitted by law. 12. Communications and Account Information Members are responsible for providing accurate contact, vehicle, and payment information and keeping it current. By enrolling, you consent to receive necessary account, billing, cancellation, safety, and service-related communications from May’s Car Wash. Consent to receive promotional marketing messages will be handled separately where required. 13. Acceptance By checking the acceptance box, signing an enrollment agreement, completing an online purchase, or using the membership, you confirm that: * You are at least 18 years old. * You are authorized to use the payment method and register the vehicle provided. * You understand that the plan renews automatically each month until canceled. * You have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
