You will be enrolled in our monthly membership program. This is not a contract, and there is no cancellation fee. Your credit card will be charged on the same day every month as the day you sign up.
If you need to stop or cancel the month-to-month membership, please notify Green Valley Grocery 10 days prior to the billing date, or you will be charged for that month with no refund. There are two ways to cancel a membership: visit your Green Valley Grocery location in person, or you may email your request. This membership is for ONE vehicle. If another vehicle is using this vehicle’s membership, you will be charged for the washes used outside of the primary membership, and your membership will be canceled. Green Valley Grocery may terminate any membership at any time. Green Valley Grocery respects your privacy. By signing this form, you agree to grant Green Valley Grocery and its representatives permission to email or send text messages to the contact information you provide to establish and service your account and communicate with you about offers and updates. Your information will not be sold or shared with any other parties. We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request to avoid liability or to protect our rights or property.
