By purchasing an Eide Wash Unlimited Subscription the customer understands that their credit card will be charged each month on the anniversary date of signup until the Unlimited Subscription is suspended or terminated. Any suspension or termination of the membership must be done through our Eide Wash Mobile App available on Google Play & Apple App Store, by calling 605-361-0369 or emailing eidewash@verneide.com. Suspension must be done at least three (3) business days prior to your membership renewal date, otherwise you may be charged for that month and the cancellation will not be effective until the following month. The customer understands that some Unlimited Subscriptions may include other benefits other than car washes (example: Service Vouchers). Some of these benefits will not be available for use until being on the subscription for 90 consecutive days. See each plan information for more details. The customer understands that Eide Wash has a partnership with Silverstar but takes no liability for any issues or damages that would happen at a Silverstar location. See Silverstar location for more details. The customer is responsible for providing and maintaining a valid email address on file in order to receive monthly receipts and any updates to the membership Terms and Conditions. The customer understands that Eide Wash may be closed for circumstances such as inclement weather, major holidays, or equipment maintenance. No refunds will be issued for such circumstances. The Unlimited Subscriptions are valid for one vehicle only. RFID tag must be attached to the front windshield of the vehicle by an Eide Wash employee. Tampering with RFID tags or abuse of the Eide Care RFID will result in termination of the membership. RFID’s and subscriptions may NOT be transferable to a new vehicle or second owner. Pricing and services are subject to change without notice. Silverstar Car Wash reserves the right to modify the Unlimited Wash Pass program or the Terms and Conditions at any time. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods or months.
