You will be enrolled in our monthly membership program. Your credit card will be billed every month. Multi-vehicle discounts require a Primary Subscription and all vehicles must be registered to the same physical address and billed to the same credit card. Discount is made based on a vehicle's enrollment category and not all vehicles may qualify for a multi-vehicle discount. The most expensive subscription becomes the Primary Subscription.
If you cancel the month to month membership program, you must notify East Hill Car Wash five days prior to the billing date, or you will be charged for that month.
You cannot cancel the Monthly Membership Plan within 15 days of enrollment. To cancel your membership, please email info@easthillcarwash.com.
Customers will be charged every month on the enrollment date. Members
enrolling from the 29th to the 31st of the month will be charged every 28th of the month. The unlimited club program is per vehicle. You must enroll each vehicle you plan on using. If you are caught using multiple vehicles without notifying East Hill Car Wash you will be charged for the washes that were not used on the primary car, your membership will be canceled and you will be charged a $75 termination fee. The membership is transferable to a new vehicle twice a year, free of charge, after that there is a $10 transfer fee. East Hill Car Wash can terminate or modify the program at any time.
