You will be enrolled in our monthly membership program. Your credit card will be billed every month. If you cancel the month to month membership program, you must notify Diamond Glow Car Wash five days prior to the billing date, or you will be charged a $25 early termination fee. Your membership will also renew automatically, unless it is cancelled prior to the date of enrollment. To cancel your membership, please email or come in to the car wash and fill out a cancellation form. Customers will be charged every month on the enrollment date. Members enrolling from the 29th to the 31st of the month will be charged every 28th of the month.
The unlimited club program is per vehicle. You must enroll each vehicle you plan on using. If you are caught using multiple vehicles without notifying Diamond Glow Car Wash you will be charged for the washes that were not used on the primary car, your membership will be cancelled, and you will be charged a $25 termination fee. The membership is transferable to a new vehicle twice a year, free of charge, after that there is a $10 transfer fee. Diamond Glow Car Wash can terminate the program at any time.
