Each Unlimited Wash Club membership is for washing one car an average of once per day in each month the membership is renewed. Carriage House Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the program from time to time as it feels necessary. Membership can be canceled at any time. No refunds or credits will be given once billed or for partial periods. See FAQ's at http://carriagehousecarwash.com/faq/ for more information.
Only the car listed on the membership is eligible for the program and must have an assigned license number attached to it or an RFID sticker. No fleet service vehicles are eligible for the Wash Club without prior approval. Carriage House Car Wash attendants will verify the license plate/RFID number matches our records. We video record all transactions to verify license plate/RFID and car matches our records. Any attempt to circumvent the system or a non-authorized car could result in club immediate member cancellation without refund.
By enrolling in a recurring Unlimited Plan I agree that the credit card provided can be charged $30.00 per month for the Basic Unlimited package or $35.00 per month for the Wheels and Wax Unlimited package, $45.00 per month for the Carriage House Best package. Cancellation request must in completed online at https://carriagehousecarwash.com/modify/ . Request received after billing date will not be refunded but your plan will be active until the next billing date.

I also agree that I waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges, whether as described in my agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise.
