Thank you! You have enrolled in Hydro’s Unlimited Wash Club at Blue Hippo Express Car Wash in Lebanon located at 1360 Columbus Avenue, Lebanon, OH 45036. This is a monthly car wash membership program requiring a minimum six (6) month financial commitment. As an Unlimited Wash Club Member, your credit card will be charged every month on the enrollment (anniversary) date. Members enrolling from the 29th to the 31st of the month will be charged on the 28th of the month. To cancel your membership after the minimum six (6) month commitment has expired, notify us in person at Blue Hippo, by phone, or email. You must notify Blue Hippo three days prior to the billing date. If this notification is not received, you will be charged for that month. Hydro’s Unlimited Wash Club is one membership per vehicle. To add vehicles to your “herd”, you must enroll them separately. Thank you for your business!
