You will be enrolled in our monthly membership program & your Credit Card will be billed every month. Customers will be charged every month on the enrollment anniversary date. Members enrolling from the 29th- 31st of the month will be charged every 28th of the month. If you cancel the monthly membership program, you must notify Blue Hippo three days prior to the billing date, or you will be charged for that month. To cancel your membership, please do so by visiting us at the car wash, call us, email us, or use our online portal. The Unlimited club program is 1 membership per vehicle unless enrolled in a family plan, allowing for up to 3 vehicles on a single membership. Each vehicle on your plan must be registered, changes to the vehicles on the plan must be made online or in person and will subject to all of the aforementioned terms.
