Terms, Conditions, and Purchase Agreement for Unlimited Wash Programs
Membership in the Car Wash Club is per vehicle for an infinite duration and for personal use only. Taxis, Limos and other professional vehicles are prohibited. Membership is not valid for vehicles that cannot fit on the conveyor or are unable to ride through the tunnel. Membership fees will be automatically billed to your credit or debit card each month thereafter until such time as the agreement is terminated by your or Missouri Ayerco Car Wash. The monthly payment will be billed on the day on the day of sign up. This program cannot be combined with any other programs or discount including but not limited to: prepaid was passes, VIP accounts, and or coupons including fuel discounts. Missouri Ayerco Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time. Membership is transferable upon purchase of a new vehicle and upon notice to Missouri Ayerco Car Wash. Missouri Ayerco Car Wash reserves the right to close subject to weather conditions.
