Membership in the Auffenberg Express Car Wash Berg Bath Club gives consent to be included in a monthly installment billing process. By joining the Berg Bath Club, you are giving permission to be contacted via text, phone, email, and mail. Membership in the Berg Bath Club is per vehicle for an infinite duration and for personal use only. Berg Bath Club memberships are intended for a single vehicle only. Fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of the Berg Bath Club membership with no refund of any remaining value. Membership is not valid for vehicles that cannot fit on the conveyor or are unable to ride through the tunnel. Membership fee will be automatically billed to your credit or debit card on the anniversary date of the initial sign up. Each month thereafter until such time as the agreement is terminated by you via the Washify App, the monthly payment will be billed on the anniversary date each month. This program cannot be combined with any other programs or discount including but not limited to: prepaid wash passes, house accounts and/or coupons. Introductory offer is forfeited if member's credit/debit card fails or member cancels. Membership is transferable upon purchase of a new vehicle and upon notice to Auffenberg Express Car Wash. Please see an attendant to transfer membership. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. There are no refunds for unused months. Auffenberg Express Car Wash reserves the right t close subject to weather conditions and/or maintenance. Auffenberg Express Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time. All items on or attached to the vehicle must be secured. Any damage caused by unsecured items will be the responsibility of the driver.
